Weight: 64.8 Exercise: 60 Mins Treadmill - 40 Mins Run, 20 Mins Walk (8.78km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie Morning Tea: 2 Salada Biscuits with Ham & Low Fat Cheese Late Morning Tea: Cream of Chicken Cup a Soup Lunch: Chicken & Pumpkin Risotto, Pumpkin, Broccoli & Cauliflower Mash, Low Fat Lemon Torte Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Punnet of Strawberries Dinner: Minced Steak with spices & Brown Rice, 2 JD & Diet Coke Can't seem to resist the lure of the JD at the moment. It's so nice to come home and sit down with a cold drink!! The run on the treadmill was great. Felt quite good afterwards, even if I did look like I'd just run a marathon when I got off the treadmill!!
