Friday 5th November

Weight: 65.8 Exercise: No Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Grian Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 2 Salada Biscuits with Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Chinese: Fried Rice, Teryaki Chicken, Beef in Black Bean Sauce Afternoon Tea: Apple Scroll Dinner: Chicken Chow Mein (Homemade) Looks like most of my hard work over the last month has just been blown out of the window. Can't believe that it takes so long to lose any weight, and within 3 days I've put most of it back on again!! Just not fair!!
