Weight: 65.4 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps Food Intake: Breakfast: Small bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup, 2 Slices of Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 97% Fat Free Banana Muesli Bar Lunch: Chow Mein, Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Apple Dinner: Herb Foccacia Roll with Ham All is well!! It's been a really good week for me. Have definitely got over the chocolate cravings at work now. Weekends are usually my downfall so I'll have to see what it brings.
