Wednesday 27th October

Weight: 65.4 Exercise: (AM) Weight Workout, Situps (PM) Treadmill - 60 mins Run (9.76km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Sultana Bran & All Bran mixed Morning Tea: 4 Vitawheats with Low Fat Cheese, Strawberries Lunch: Egg Salad, Low Fat Apple Pie Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Cheese Sandwich on Grain Bread Dinner: 4 VitaWheats with W/W Margerine, 1 Vitawheat with Low Fat Cheese Wow, that's the first time in ages that I've been to the gym twice in one day. Gotta get there whenever I get the opportunity at the moment as my man is working some weird hours. Knees are a bit sore as I did push it a bit on the treadmill, but I'm really glad that I went.
