Weight: 65.0 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps, Treadmill - 25 mins run (3.92km) Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Small bowls Nutrigrain with Skinny Milk Lunch: Can Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup - 4 slices grain bread with w/w Margerine Afternoon Tea: Banana Dinner: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Okay that's 4 days now without eating crap or drinking alcohol. I did have a cup of coffee this evening though, which was totally divine!! I wanted to run further this morning at the gym but I started to feel quite ill and went all funny in the head (but not like my normal funny in the head!!) so I had to stop. Took me a little while to actually feel like I could walk out of the gym without either puking or fainting!!
