Weight: 67.4 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Mug of Chicken with Noodles Soup, 2 Fun Size Choc Bars Lunch: Ham & Cheese Toasted Grain Sandwich, Apple Low Fat Yoghurt, Punnet of Strawberries Afternoon Tea: 1 Biscuit Dinner: Small amount of Spaghetti Bolognese, 4 VitaWheats with W/W Margerine Have been so tired this weekend and today was no exception. Just couldn't face going down to the gym after work. Well my blowout on the weekend has certainly added to my weight, but I knew I would probably gain, so I'm not surprised!!
