Weight: 65.6 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Sultana Bran with Skinny Milk Morning Tea: 2 VitaWheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Tuna Salad, Low Fat Yoghurt with Choc Bits Afternoon Tea: Mandarin, 2 Fun Size Choc Bars, 1 Chunky Kit Kat Dinner: Herb Bread What a crappy day. Woke up at 5am and everything just went downhill from there!! Chocolate - BAD, BAD, BAD!! No exercise due to getting home late and being totally exhausted. Tomorrow's a new day!!
