Weight: 66.6 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana, Strawberry & Yoghurt Smoothie, 1 Slice Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 2 Vitawheats with Ham Lunch: Banana, Strawberry & Yoghurt Smoothie, 1 Low Fat Blackberry Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: 1 Mandarin, 3 Fun Sized Chocolate Bars Dinner: Chicken Salad I get back to work today after 2 weeks holiday and what do I find??? Another box of charity chocolates for sale. This time they are the fun sized bars of Violet Crumble, Kit Kats, Twix, Twirl etc etc. Why do they do this to me???
