Sunday 3rd October

Weight: 66.8 Exercise: 30 Mins Cross Trainer (5km), 30 Mins Treadmill - 10 Mins Running, 20 Mins Power Walk (3.89km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Banana, Strawberry & Yoghurt Smoothie Lunch: Can Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup, 2 slices of Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Dinner: Nothing Really didn't feel very hungry today. And so I thought if I'm not feeling hungry, why bother eating....so I didn't!!
