Weight: 67.8 Exercise: Treadmill - 30 Mins Running, 30 Mins Power Walk (8.3km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie Lunch: Strawberry & Pineapple with Yoghurt Smoothie Afternoon Tea: Packet Dark Choc Covered Raspberry Licorice Dinner: Beef Stir Fry with Hoi Sin Sauce, Bottle of Cider Dessert: 3 Apple & Spice Muffins Really tried to walk past Darrel Lea, but that licorice just called out to me. I only bought it to eat on the train as I was in the city and wanted something for the ride home. Could have gone into 7/11 and bought some fruit I suppose!!!! And I don't want to talk about the muffins.....not feeling great about them. In my defence I did the shopping on an empty stomach.....probably don't need to say any more!!!
