Wednesday 15th September

Weight: 68.0 Exercise: 30 Mins Cross Trainer (4.22km), Treadmill - 30 Mins Power Walking (3.44km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Omelette with Shredded Ham Morning Tea: Cubes of Cheese, 1 Butternut Snap Biscuit Lunch: Left Over Chicken Stirfry, Strawberries & Cream Afternoon Tea: Fried Halumi Cheese rolled in Bacon, Bar Cadbury Lite Chocolate Dinner: 2 Slices White Bread with Lemon Curd Okay I'm now giving up on Low Carb. My weight has just gone up and up and I'm now feeling very demoralised. Have decided to just eat "normally" if there is such a thing. Can't be any worse than what I've been doing. New start tomorrow!!!
