Weight: 67.8 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps, Treadmill - 30 Mins Power Walk (3.49km) Food Intake: Breakfast: 3 Weetbix with sprinkle of Splenda, 2 Pieces whole grain toast with Lemon Curd Lunch: Can of Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup, White Bread Roll with CBINB (Can't Believe it's not Butter) Dinner: Piece of Steak, Piece of Chicken Breast, Fried Onions & Courgettes Dessert: Strawberries & Cream I seem to be eating more, probably due to my exercising. Not sure whether this is a good thing or not, but I do feel a bit hungrier in the morning when I come back from the gym. I've now realised that Weetbix doesn't fill me up, so won't be eating that anymore!!
