Weight: 66.2 Exercise: Once around Lilydale Lake Food Intake: Breakfast: Sultana Bran Lunch: Banana, Strawberry & Yoghurt Smoothie, Crusts off Grain Bread Afternoon Tea: Oreo McFlurry Dinner: Bacon Sandwich on 2 Slices Grain Bread, Blackberry Low Fat Yoghurt Have decided that as long as we eat healthily during the week, we will treat ourselves to a McFlurry on the weekend. We've started to go to the Lake and walk around that. It's about 2km or so. May even decide to use it as part of my exercise, but then I'd have to up the speed of the walk. Currently it's just a gentle cruise!!
