Weight: 66.4 Exercise: Treadmill - 30 Mins Power Walking, 15 Mins Cross Trainer, 15 Mins Cycling Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of AllBran & Sultana Bran mixed with Skinny Milk Lunch: Banana Afternoon Snack: Slice of Low Fat Cheese Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese Well that wasn't too bad a day now was it!!! No alcohol this weekend....not sure if I'm happy or sad about that!!! I've really had a craving for Spaghetti Bolognese, as you can probably tell by the amount of times I've eaten it this week. Will have to think of something else to eat this week coming!!
