Tuesday 5th October

Weight: 66.6 Exercise: 60 Mins Treadmill - 30 Mins Running, 30 Mins Power Walking (8.36km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: 2 Vitawheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese, 2 biscuits Lunch: Ham Salad, Strawberries, 1 Fun Sized Snickers Afternoon Tea: Mandarin, Packet Choc Bullets Dinner: 2 Sausages, Mashed Potato & Baked Beans Had my favourite meal for dinner tonight. I can eat mashed potato till it's coming out of my ears!! Probably ate too much (but what's new!!) and my belly feels very full. Really must try to get more veggies into the diet again!
