Weight: 66.0 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: 2 Vitawheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese, Low Fat Banana & Choc Chip Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Strawberries, 1/2 Bag Choc Bullets Dinner: Bacon Salad with Egg Had to go to the bank at lunch time and the bullets called my name while I was wandering around the shops. I ate so many of them that I felt quite sick later in the evening.
