Weight: 65.8 Exercise: 60 Mins Treadmill - 50 Mins Running, 10 Mins Power Walking (9.17km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of All Bran with Skinny Milk Morning Tea: 2 VitaWheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Egg & Cucumber Sandwich on Grain Bread, 1 Low Fat Lemon Meringe Yoghurt, Strawberries Afternoon Tea: 1/2 Bag Bullets Dinner: 2 Wholemeal Crumpets with W/W Margerine, Banana & Yoghurt Smoothie Ate the other 1/2 bag of bullets today. I tried to throw them in the bin, but I've been brought up to let nothing go to waste.....so they didn't!!
