Weight: 66.0 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps, Treadmill - 30 Mins Running (4.82km) - Dancing (at concert) Food Intake: Breakfast: Croissant Morning Tea: Bowl of Nutrigrain with Skinny Milk Lunch: Corned Silverside & Mustard Grain Sandwich Dinner: Can Chicken & Corn Soup, 2 Slices Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Snack: 1/2 Bag French Fries, 2 Cans JD & Coke Late Snack: 2 Glasses Champagne, Big Bowl Pretzels, 1 Choc Biccie, 1/2 Bag Crunchie Chocettes I was doing really well until we went to a concert to see Faithless (which was absolutely brilliant!!). I'd got some stuff in for the babysitter and when we got home, as she hadn't eaten any of it, we ate it all instead!!!
