Weight: 65.6 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Pieces of Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 97% Fat Free Berries Muesli Bar Late Morning Tea: 4 VitaWheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese, Mandarin Afternoon Tea: 4 Fun Size Choc Bars Dinner: 1/2 Chicken So they came and filled up the chocolate box again. Not good!!! I seem to be eating more again. Probably due to the exercise. No time for that today though as I didn't get home from shopping until 7.30pm and the gym closes at 8.00pm on a Friday anyway.
