Weight: 65.6 Exercise: 30 Mins Cross Trainer (4.25km), 10 Mins Rowing (2100m), 20 Mins Treadmill - 10 Mins Run, 10 Mins Power Walk (2.76km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Sultana Bran & All Bran (mixed together) Morning Tea: 4 ViatWheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese, 4 plain biscuits Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese, Mandarin Afternoon Tea: Mandarin, Chokito Bar Dinner: Shepherds Pie (only tiny bit of potato) Still not eating any veggies. Just seems too much hassle at the moment to have to cut them up and cook them. Might have to buy some ready made in the bag that I can just chuck in the microwave. Still eating Chocolate. It always seems to come after lunch when I really have the urge for some.
