Friday 22nd October

Weight: 66.0 Exercise: 60 Mins Treadmill - 50 Min Run, 10 Min Power Walk (9.25km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Small bowl of Allbran, 2 Slices Multigrain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 4 Vitawheats with Low Fat Cheese, Banana Lunch: Tuna Mayo Salad, Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt Dinner: 2 Hamburgers in Whole Grain Rolls Well that's day 2 down with no chocolate, cakes, biscuits or lollies. And no alcohol either. Think I'm getting the hang of this now!!
