Weight: 67.0 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Allbran with Skinny Milk Morning Tea: 4 VitaWheats with Low Fat Cheese Late Morning Tea: Chocolate Bar (Whip) Lunch: Tuna Mayo Salad, Lemon Meringue Low Fat Yoghurt,1 Fun Size Choc Bar Afternoon Tea: 2 Biscuits Dinner: Chicken Teryaki with Veg, 4 Vitawheats with W/W Margerine What a crappy day. I felt hungry all day and just wanted to keep putting food into my mouth!! And I'm not getting any time to exercise at the moment either. Might have to get up at 5am to get an hour long power walk in!!
