Weight: 65.6 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Nutrigrain with Skinny Milk Lunch: Choc Banana Smoothie (BOOST) , 1/2 Chicken Nugget Afternoon Tea: 2 Slices Wholegrain Toast with W/W Margerine Dinner: Chicken Breast with Cauliflower, Pumpkin & Broccoli Well that's day No 3 down without the sugary, sweet stuff. And still no alcohol, which for a Saturday is amazing. I do feel a bit thinner, but maybe it's just in my head!!
