Weight: 64.8 Exercise: 20 Mins Cycle (9.17km), 10 Mins Row (2183m), Treadmill - 20 Mins Fat Burner Program (2.39km), 10 Mins Cross Trainer Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Wholegrain toast with W/W Margerine, Small Bowl Allbran with Skinny Milk Morning Tea: 4 VitaWheats with Philly Cheese & Low Fat Cheese Lunch: Ham & Cheese Salad, Low Fat Apple Pie Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Low Fat Lemon Meringue Yoghurt, Fruit Bagel Dinner: Ham & Cheese Omelette, Banana It's getting easier now to ignore those pesky little chocolate bars that yell out to me every time I walk past them!! Not sure whether I should have eaten the bagel, but I haven't had one since I left the UK and when I saw them in the bakery, I didn't think twice about buying one!!
