Weight: 64.6 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: 4 Vitawheats with Low Fat Cheese, Noodles with Chicken Soup Lunch: Chicken, Veg & Pasta Soup, 3 Slices Bread with W/W Margerine, Banana Afternoon Tea: Mandarin Dinner: Chicken Breast with Broccoli, Cauliflower & Pumpkin I really fancy something sweet. Had a cup of coffee tonight and all I could think of was dunking Ginger Snap Biscuits in it!! I've just noticed that I've lost 2.4kg in a week!!
