Weight: 65.6 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: 2 Biscuits Lunch: Burger, Kebab, Cous Cous, Coleslaw, Grapes, Cherries Afternoon Tea: Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Dinner: 1 Cheese Sandwich on Grain Bread, Large Croissant, 2 JD & Diet Cokes Woke up this morning with a bad headache, so didn't get to the gym. By the time I'd got home it was too late to consider it. Foodwise....hmmm, not great!
