Weight: 65.2 Exercise: 1 Hr Treadmill - 45min Run, 15min Power Walk (9.36km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie, 1 Slice Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 5 Plums, 1 Chicken Noodle Cup A Soup, Handful Banana Chips Lunch: Iced Coffee BOOST Smoothie, Apple & Strawberry Crumble Yoghurt Dinner: Chicken Breast, Cous Cous, 3 Glasses Ricadonna HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! Originally we were going to go out for dinner, but we didn't!! Still need to eat more veggies!
