Weight: 64.6 Exercise: Biceps, 45 Min Spinning Class Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie, 1 Slice Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: 2 Biscuits, Grapes Lunch: Iced Coffee BOOST Smoothie, Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Afternoon Tea: 1 Biscuit Dinner: Porterhouse Steak, Cous Cous, Green Salad, Beetroot Well I'm not feeling too sore, considering the amount of Squash I played yesterday. Hopefully it won't get much worse than it is now! Update: Spoke too soon. Bum cheeks starting to stiffen up!
