Weight: 64.4 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Lunch: Chicken, Pumpkin & Brocolli Risotto Afternoon Tea: Grapes Dinner: 3 Salada Biscuits with Tuna & Cucumber I really should have done some exercise today, but I was feeling a bit woozy from drinking the champagne and there was quite alot of cleaning up to be done from the party, so I didn't go to the gym and I didn't get out for a walk. Felt very lethargic all day. Can't believe that just a few glasses of champagne, and a little bit of junk food can do this to me!!
