Thursday 13th January

Weight: 64.8 Exercise: Back, Biceps, Abs, 10 Mins Cross Trainer (1.84km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie, 1 Slice Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: Grapes, Cherries Lunch: Iced Coffee Smoothie (BOOST), Apple Scroll (Bakers Delight) Dinner: Chow Mein, Low Fat Berry & Vanilla Yoghut I've now got a new weight routine and this morning was my first time using it. I can actually feel my muscles being used now. I wanted to do more than was on the program but I ran out of time. I also wanted to do more cardio, but just didn't have enough time. Tomorrow then!! The scales have highlighted my carb binge yesterday!!
