Weight: 64.8 Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie, 2 Slices Grain Toast with Lemon Curd Lunch:Grapes, Cherries Dinner:Steak, Cous Cous, Beetroot, Egg, Green Salad, Coleslaw, White Bread Roll with W/W Margerine We were out for most of the day today, and by the time I got home I just didn't have the energy to get out for a walk (the gym was closed today). I'm back at work tomorrow so will be arriving at the gym bright and early (6am). My calves are still a bit sore, but I now need to get them back into walking/running. Yep, think the treadmill will be my choice of equipment tomorrow!!
