Weight: 65.0 Exercise: 1 hour Low Impact Class Food Intake: Breakfast: Banana Smoothie Morning Tea: 3 Biscuits Lunch: 3 Slices Pizza, Handful Twisties Afternoon Tea: Grapes, 2 Salada with Low Fat Cheese Dinner: Chow Mein, Low Fat Choc Mousse I gave in to the pizza today. One of my work colleagues was leaving so the company got in pizzas to celebrate!! I had brought lunch with me and I could have easily said thanks but no thanks to the pizza, but I didn't (are you surprised!!). It'll probably show on the scales tomorrow!! Will have to work extra hard at the gym!
