Exercise: 45 Min Spin Class Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Slices Grain Toast with W/W Margerine Morning Tea: Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Lunch: Tuna, Cous Cous, Coleslaw, Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt, Grapes Dinner:Chicken Schnitzel, Broccoli & Cauliflower Mash I'm eating much better now, but why do I still feel so fat??? It almost feels like I'm putting on weight rather than taking it off. My stomach feels very big and my clothes feel a bit tighter than they did last week. I'm drinking about 3L water a day too so it should all be "passing through" quite quickly. Frustrating....very frustrating!
