Exercise: NONE Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Golden Syrup Lunch: Tuna, Cous Cous, Coleslaw, 2 Slices Grain Bread with W/W Margerine, Grapes Dinner: Honey Soy Turkey Stirfry Sat on the couch for most of the day watching the Grand Prix. Had no energy at all to do anything.
