Saturday 16th April

Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Golden Syrup Lunch: Chicken Ceaser Salad, 4 Glasses Champagne Dinner: 2 Salada Biscuits with W/W Margerine & Low Fat Cheese Maybe too many glasses of champagne today, but all up I think I did really well foodwise. We went up to St Kilda and had lunch there and it was quite late when we sat down to eat, so I really wasn't very hungry at dinner. I really wanted to get up early this morning for a run, and it HAD to be early as I had an appointment at 10.20am, but as I got in really late last night, I just couldn't drag myself out of bed. Maybe tomorrow!
