Exercise: 5km Fun Run Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Banana Lunch: 2 Ham, Cheese & Salad White Bread Rolls, Mini Size Bag Doritos, 2 Bourbon & Coke, Drumstick Ice Cream Dinner: Honey Chicken & Cashews, Special Fried Rice, Prawn Crackers, 2 Squares Rum & Raisin Chocolates, 4 Squares Three Wishes Chocolate, 1 Glass Champagne Went to the footy this afternoon and even though we brought rolls with us, I still managed to talk myself into an Ice Cream. The run today at Jells Park was really hard work. I'm glad that I went, and I'm glad that I wasn't last, but I definitely need to work on my running up hills!! Way too many there today for my liking! Won't find out my official time until tomorrow. Look me up in the Runners World Website. I was No 741 in the 5km run. Had a real pigout afternoon and evening. Lots of salad for me this week.
