Weight: 67.6 Exercise: 15 Mins Cross Trainer (2.29km), 15 Mins Bike (6.6km), 10 Mins Rowing (2070m), Sit Ups Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Milk & Splenda Morning Tea: Special K Cereal Bar Late Morning Tea: Banana Lunch: Can Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup, 2 Slices Grain Bread with W/W Margerine, Low Fat Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Mandarin, GIANT Caramello Koala Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast with Mashed Potato, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Gravy. I was doing so well until somebody brought the fundraiser chocolates into work. I held off until the very last minute, but it got to about 3pm and that sweet tooth took over again......just couldn't talk myself out of it!!
