Weight: 66.2 Exercise: 15 Mins Cross Trainer (2.2km) 10 Mins Rowing Machine (2013M) 15 Mins Cycle (6.1km) Sit Ups Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Milk & Splenda Morning Tea: 2 Milk Biscuits Late Morning Tea: Banana Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese, W/W Fruit of the Forest Cereal Bar Afternoon Tea: Mandarin Dinner: 4 MINI Wagon Wheels, 2 Cans JD & Coke How can you lose a kilo in one day??? Something happened overnight though. Thankyou Whoosh Fairy. Just need to keep doing what I'm doing I suppose - apart from the weekend binges - really need to cut them out!! So what does she do - goes and eats chocolate & downs alcohol!!! Will I ever learn????
