Weight: 66.6 Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with Milk & sprinkle of Splenda Lunch: Ham & Tomato Brown Bread Sandwich Afternoon Tea: Weight Watchers Apple Crumble Cereal Bar Dinner: Chicken Breast & Satay Rice While we were out buying the meat, which is in the food court, I really wanted to buy lunch there. There's so much stuff to choose from, mostly junky food that wouldn't have done me any good. But Nick was great at talking me out of it, so came home and had my sandwich instead!!
