Weight: 67.6 Exercise: Treadmill - 30 Mins Running, 30 Mins Power Walking (8.79km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Sultana Bran with Milk, 1 Croissant Morning Tea: 4 VitaWheats with Low Fat Philli Cream Cheese & Fat Reduced Cheese Late Morning Tea: Mandarin Lunch: Grain Roll with Chicken & Cheese, Low Fat Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Banana, GIANT Freddo Frog Dinner: Tuna Salad Late Snack: 2 Slices Banana & Walnut Cake I had these bananas that I needed to use, so I made a Banana & Walnut Cake....stupidly I also ate alot of it!!! I wish they'd move the fundraising chocolate. It's way too close to my desk for comfort and I can see it all the time - it's right in my view. Need to be strong, need to be strong!!!
