Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Apple Scroll Morning Tea: Cherries, 1 Choc Chip Cookie Lunch: Lean Cuisine Lasagne, Wholemeal Roll, Low Fat Choc Mousse Afternoon Tea: Pear Dinner: Chicken in Sundried Tomato Pesto, Cous Cous, 4 Double Choc Cookies, 2 Glasses Cider Once again I was doing okay until I went to the supermarket after work!! That's where I got the cookies and the cider from!! Need vegetables.....soon!!
