Weight: 65.8 Exercise: 1 Hr Squash Food Intake: Breakfast: 3 Slices Raisin Toast with W/W Margerine Lunch: Sofia Restaurant - Chicken & Bacon Risotto, 2 Slices Herb Bread, 2 Glasses Champagne Dinner: Bag of Mixed Lollies, 1 Glass Cider My bum is killing me!! - for anyone who plays squash, you will know what I'm talking about. I got a great workout from the game as Nick plays really well and had me running around the court like a lunatic. It's going to take a week before my muscles stop hurting!!
