Exercise: 1 hr 50 Min Run/Walk Food Intake: Breakfast: Bowl of All Bran, chopped Banana Lunch: Wendy's Iced Coffee Smoothie Dinner: Cous Cous mixed with a tiny bit of fat free Mayonnaise, Watermelon I decided to walk over to my parent's house this morning as they don't live too far away....well I thought they didn't live that far away. It took me an hour to power walk there. On the way back I decided to run on all the flat and downhill bits and it took me 50 minutes to get home. I left it a bit late though and ended up doing it in 35 degree heat.....stupid - YES!!
