Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Large Easter Egg Lunch: Tuna, Cous Cous, Fat Free Mayo, Grapes Dinner:Pasta Bolognese, Parmesan Cheese, Mini Easter Eggs, 2 Slices Grain Bread with W/W Margerine I've eaten way too much chocolate, but in the back of my mind I knew I was going to anyway! Not a good way of thinking though! Still no exercise. Just can't seem to get back into the swing of it at the moment. I think also that having all this time off has put me a bit out of whack. My routine has been totally screwed up and I can't get it back!
