Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: 2 Salada Biscuits with Low Fat Philly Cream Cheese & W/W Leg Ham Lunch: Chicken Risotto, Low Fat Berry & Shortcake Yoghurt, Grapes Afternoon Tea: 2 Plums, Bag of Choc Raspberry Bullets Dinner: Chicken Risotto, Mini Bag Cheese & Bacon Balls Starting to slide again. I so wanted some chocolate today, and when I was in Coles the choc bullets just jumped out at me, and for the life of me, I could not put them down. I had this huge argument inside my head with myself, and I still lost the argument!
