Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: 2 Egg Omelette with W/W Grated Cheese Morning Tea: Extra Light Cheese Cubes, Mixed Unsalted Nuts, 4 Sugar Free Choc Chews Lunch: Tuna Mayo, Cheese Cubes, 4 Sugar Free Vanilla Chews Dinner:None Oh my god, what have I done!! Those chews have totally bloated me out and I had to lay down for a little while to make the pain go away. Won't be eating those things in any great quantity again! I couldn't even eat any dinner as I was just way too bloated and uncomfortable. Still not feeling well, so have put off the exercise for another day.
