Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Golden Syrup Morning Tea: Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Lunch: Chicken & Cous Cous with Fat Free Mayo, Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt, 1 Plum Afternoon Tea: 2 Salada Biscuits with Low Fat Philly Cheese & W/W Leg Ham Dinner: W/W Beef Hot Pot, 1 Cherry & Choc Hot Cross Bun I was hoping to go to the gym this morning, but when the alarm went off I just didn't have enough energy to get out of bed. Alana had woken us up at 12.30pm as she was not feeling very well and it took me ages to get back to sleep again. Hopefully I can find the energy this weekend to get back into the swing of doing my exercise. Definitely going to need it after the chocolate intake that'll probably happen on Sunday!
