Tuesday 26th July

Exercise: NO Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with banana & golden syrup Morning Tea: Anzac Biscuit, Low Fat Banana Muesli Bar Lunch: Salmon with Tomato & Dill, Cous Cous, Low Fat Mayonnaise, Diet Trifle Afternoon Tea: 10 Fruit Bars Dinner: Tuna Mayo, Cous Cous, White Bread Roll with margerine Snack: Diet Choc Delight, 5 squares chocolate. Crap day eating, crap day exercising (or lack of). Not feeling great with myself. Want to just eat and eat (lots of junk!).
