Exercise: 21.1km run Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with banana & golden syrup Morning Tea: Power Bar, Fruit Bar Lunch: Ham sandwich on grain bread Dinner: Chicken, Cous Cous, Low Fat Mayo, 2 rolls mentos, 4 Glasses Champagne Snack: Rice Crackers, Soft lollies Had a great run, see below for report. Eating wise I did okay until after dinner. Then my sugar cravings kicked in like you would not believe. I ate most of Alana's lollies that I'd bought for her, then continued to scrounge through the cupboard for more food!! And I polished off the whole bottle of champagne. If this is what doing half marathons does to the system, then I'm not sure I'm going to enter any more (that's a joke by the way).
