Wednesday 25th August

Weight: 67.2 Exercise: Weight Workout, Situps, Treadmill - 15 Mins Power Walking (1.83km) Food Intake: Breakfast: Porridge with Milk & Splenda Morning Tea: Special K Cereal Bar Lunch: Grain Roll with Chicken & Tomato, Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt Afternoon Tea: Banana & Walnut Cake, GIANT Freddo Frog Dinner: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Roast Pumpkin, Roast Chicken & Gravy I can't do it....just can't leave that chocolate alone. It's just sitting there, calling out to me. What do I do?? How do I stop myself from eating it??? I always take enough food with me to work so that I'm never hungry, but there's just this period of time where I really crave chocolate. And I just give in to it every time.
